Excellent connectors, I've been through a few hundred with no problems solid Cat6, Cat5 and even Direct Burial Cat6 (tight fit). For those who say the latches are faulty or don't engage, after you've crimped the latch, take the latch and bend it back almost all the way (don't worry, it won't break) and then put it back on its normal position. and they will work as they should. Some crimping tools will ruin the tab on these types of connectors, but this is a quick fix.
