During the first installation I didn't tighten the cable tie enough and the extension broke off the downspout. I reinstalled it and it worked the second time. I had to remove the clamp from the end of the roll (it just slides off with little effort) because although we don't get rain here when I arrive, it comes quickly and in large quantities. The holes punched in the material didn't let the water through quickly enough, and the water rushed down the drainpipe. After removing the clamp, let the excess water out, the problem is solved.
