The product sucks but the company is great. They contacted me and told them about the product and they treated me right. Extension cords do not fully open even in heavy rain.

We've had 3 heavy rains since they were installed. All three times the rain was over 2 inches. All three times I had to go outside, manually turn the drain and drain the water. Rain never caused the sewers to turn over. It rained so much today that the drain pipe burst. Doesn't work as described.

During the first installation I didn't tighten the cable tie enough and the extension broke off the downspout. I reinstalled it and it worked the second time. I had to remove the clamp from the end of the roll (it just slides off with little effort) because although we don't get rain here when I arrive, it comes quickly and in large quantities. I had a round gutter that I attached it to. It's attached, the hole is huge so for those wondering if it will fit. yes, that will fit. I used tape and attached it. When it rained, the product did not unwind. Instead, the water formed a loop in the drain pipe and flowed out exactly where the water was supposed to drain. I'll bet on that. The photos show the connection about two feet off the ground. Due to the terrain at the lower gully, I ended up needing a few more meters. The drain pipe was about 3 feet horizontal with a slope of about 1 foot and ended at the grass line. The problem was that the head pressure couldn't get high enough to deploy the extension.
