. So yeah, to be honest we bought it on a whim. We already have a short term shiatsu device, but we really wanted something that also pulsed. So this device is powerful, I'm comfortable around 20, after that it's just too powerful. But fully adjustable. I like to put caviar on it. And now I'm doing myself a favor because I use it under my desk and it's around level 7 (light, quiet and comfortable). It is great.
