This is an amazing elbow pad! I'm a long-distance runner and have tennis elbow from a long, repetitive running motion. I've tried using KT tape which works fine until it peels off due to sweat or the occasional rain. Then it's just annoying and distracting and expensive if you use it regularly. I also tried a very expensive Bauerfeind elbow pad and it didn't work because it was a thicker knit and kept building up. besides, it was hot. The other compression I tried was 2XU and it was too long (to be honest it was a compression sleeve and not just an elbow pad) and the sizing was weird so it just didn't fit. Phil and decided to do it. I'm glad I did! The particular length of the elbow was perfect as it doesn't get as hot as a full sleeve. The sizing chart was accurate and it is laundered and air dried overnight. I recommend!
