Accessories FILA Compression Elbow Pad I'm 6 inches tall, 185 lbs and size S/M fits great. This gives some relief, but not as much as I was hoping. It's very comfortable and light. It doesn't offer much protection but I think it's more for movement. This compression sleeve helps a little and is a little better than nothing.

This is a decent compression sleeve. If you're looking for something lightweight that still offers some support, this is the choice. If you need something with a lot of support, this probably isn't the case. So if you already have an injury, there are probably better sleeves out there. But for prevention and warming up, this should work perfectly.

This is a solid compression sleeve. It's lighter than my others, so I'd say it offers less protection than many of the other options. However, the lighter weight makes them more comfortable for long workouts or even during the day when you're not exercising. So don't just buy this for orthopedic use, but if some light support will work then this is a good option.

I received this compression sleeve for a nagging injury to my right elbow where there is likely a tear or a torn muscle. Using this cuff has reduced my pain and allowed me to increase my mobility. The sleeve is very light and airy so it doesn't become a sweaty mess, which bothered me. It slips after a few hours, but that's to be expected. Overall happy with the design and use.

I'm medium to tall and it seems too big. Doesn't feel like compression because it's not tight enough for my hand. The material is comfortable. My arm doesn't sweat as much as with other compression stockings I've tried in the past. Good product just a little big. Make sure you order one size smaller than usual and you will be fine.

I've tried using KT tape which works fine until it peels off due to sweat or the occasional rain. Then it's just annoying and distracting and expensive if you use it regularly.
