My adopted son of 15 just started playing baseball for the spring season and has been complaining of elbow pain for several days. We know it's probably because he hasn't used those muscles in over a year and didn't want to spend $100 on a fancy elbow brace like he wanted, so we decided to give this thing a try. This gives him extra support during the throw. , and makes him feel better during and after his workout. Most importantly, it's not expensive and made him happy! In general it is recommended.
