Probably great for people who don't wear contact lenses or don't need glasses. I wear contact lenses for commuting and have found that for some odd reason my vision is blurry when I wear them. Not like an "oh, I feel like I'm dying" blurriness, but a physical effect on my contacts. I'm pretty sure it's the glasses. However, they are definitely anti-fog considering I was sweating profusely while cycling to work. They are also very comfortable and feel light on the face.
