I don't usually write negative reviews but I tried to contact the company through the support contact link and left one few messages to solve the problem. I started this process a few weeks ago and still haven't received a response from them. I didn't ask for a refund, I asked for a replacement. I bought this iron based on the rave reviews. I may have caught a defective product as you can see in the attached picture - the panels do not match. Because of this, instead of straightening my hair, he pulls it out. Don't waste money!
