Excellent, efficient, and dedicated to customer success. The team has been instrumental in the success of our business. We have been able to grow our business by leaps and bounds. The team has been excellent in developing our content and producing videos for our customers. The videos are high quality and the team ensures they are always producing new content that is relevant to our customers. The ability to create custom reports that are easy to use. I love how it integrates with Salesforce. It's also very easy to use and has a great customer support team. There isn't much I dislike about this product. I would like more reporting options, but that's just my preference. We've been able to use this software to gather data from various sources and then easily pull that information into one place. This allows us to make better business decisions.
