Nice for holding yarn, not for using.
The bowl is smaller than i expected, you're only really going to be able to hold 1-2 full yarn balls at a time, it would only hold small scrap balls.
Thats on me for not really reading dimensions before buying, but my main complaint is that the spiral is cut very roughly and not sanded, so its practically unusable to hold yarn while working, it constantly snags. I can sand the edges, but then i'm going to be sanding the finish off the bowl.
