Tried putting the K cup in the block and attaching the handle to start. The handle would not move or lock. Also, I had to order a universal reusable filter block directly from k-cup as only the new five hole design worked. I've never been able to use it since I boxed it up and sent it back, losing $25 on a reusable filter and about $50 on K-Cups bought at Walmart. Turned out to be a disaster. Cheap plastic, poorly made for a premium price.
