I got this treadmill recently, since working from home since 2020, and I bought a standing desk earlier this year. It's been a couple of weeks and it's great, easy to use, no-nonsense. I love that I can get in some exercise while I work, instead of tryin to schedule separate time before or after work for walks. I'm not sure if the speed correlates to a MPH? Is speed setting 1 = 1mph, setting 1.5 = 1.5 mph? I couldn't find info about that in the manual. I took off one star because sometimes it changes settings without me doing anything. I'll be walking at setting 3, and it randomly beeps and goes down to 2.5 for no reason while I'm currently using it. Sometimes, it's been off for hours (but still plugged in/the switch isn't "off", but I turned it off with the remote), and it will just randomly beep. The beeps are LOUD too, when you turn it on/off and change the speeds. Wish I knew that but luckily I don't have downstairs neighbors at the moment. Other than that, it's quiet. Pretty easy to move around but it was so heavy on my doorstep.
