Review on ACDelco 174 1169 Original Equipment Cylinder by Robert Ewing
This updated design requires an updated brake booster to match the 2005 Silverado.
According to the ACDelco website this brake master cylinder is the correct OEM part number for my 2005 Silverado LT 2x4 Double Cab, but it doesn't quite match the Revain. This is because you MUST install an updated ACDelco Brake Booster 178-0795 or it will not fit. I swapped them both out and am very happy with the result.
