Appearance. The HV ignition only helps if you have the appropriate modifications such as injectors, higher compression, economy mode or boost. I don't think they will be better than Stock. I didn't see any fuel savings or performance gains. They're also cheaper than Motorcraft and work just as well. The question of ease of assembly does not arise here. It's the same as stocks. When you need colourful, efficient coils for your F150 (I have 4.6L). They will work just fine.
