UPDATE: This remains the best training tool I have for my very studious, bright but stubborn, strong and incredibly fast 9 month old bully. He is still resistant to the electronic training collar when someone or something new comes on stage, he is not aggressive just very attentive, focused, loud and undistractable. It's still as effective as it was then, and thanks to this little source of energy, we do our workouts very well. Two cons were noted, but they in no way change my strong recommendation or detract from the usefulness of this product. .1) I would like to be able to turn off or use the flashlight without having to press the "hold back" function, which is the more powerful of the two audio correction functions that my dog is very responsive to and I can say it's not his favorite Judging by the look on his face, using this feature for lighting is absolutely not an option. I've had to take out my phone's flashlight several times to find and pick up his poop at night, and being able to use the light alone would be great considering it hangs on my wrist and is much more convenient than my phone, which is always on is hand . Pocket. 2) It charges via a micro USB cable, which is awesome. The only thing I would wish for the power supply is some kind of battery indicator. 3) This thing has withstood some serious bumps and falls but still works great but I'd like to have either a rubber skin or a protective rubber coating to give it more grip and more protection as it can be processed so rough because I it can naturally prefer to hold it very comfortably when my pup is awake. I love this thing, it's amazing! I have an 8 month old rescued boy, an incredibly smart and loving happy boy BEFORE anyone else comes around us. He completely loses his mind and it is absolutely impossible to distract or distract him. He's absolutely collar resistant in these situations and that bothered us both. I couldn't find a solution and was frustrated knowing that cessation of exposure and socialization was definitely not the answer. Enter this gadget! This has completely changed everything for us, when I press the containment button I feel a vibration, I see the green LED flashing and also a bright white LED pointing at the dog as part of the correction. After receiving such a correction, he immediately stops his behavior and almost sits there confused, but that's definitely the only thing keeping him in place. The device feels very solid and well made, it's small and feels good in the hand, and the wrist strap that comes with it allows me to take it off when I need both hands. It uses the micro USB charging cable that we all have and are familiar with. Well, one thing I really don't understand is the second button that says "train" and even the literature doesn't give me enough information to understand the difference and conveniently use it for anything because the function that I use, it's worth it. 10x more expensive so I don't feel like I missed out on this feature or get caught for not using this feature.
