Review on Set Durable Metal Spring Clamps by Steve Cooper

Doesn't even come close to the advertised 3" bore. The opening is full, the tips are 2-5/8", but they don't pinch when opened this way because the tips are anything but parallel. The opening is barely 1/4" when you want the tips to be parallel. The tips are quite sharp and aren't protected at all by the plastic indentations on the tips and handles. That's good and bad. Also slipping. The quality of these clamps is satisfactory, but the design is such that they don't offer a comfortable grip as shown in the pictures tips of about 1/4" and 2-5/8 inches.
