Heavy Metal: my feedback

I truly don’t understand how people are bending this. It is thick, heavy, metal. It is supposed to help slide your heel into place, not take your foot on a journey into your shoe while spooning your toes. I think people are probably using it wrong while not supporting their own weight possibly. Sit down if you can’t stand to do it. This thing is great!
