I am reviewing this review after the company contacted me to say I received a defective product. This company could have just ignored my review. After all, it's just a doormat. However, they exceeded all of my expectations. They apologized for the mistake and offered to fix the situation by sending back a replacement for free or offering a full refund. I have accepted the return. I wish more companies would do this! First review: Not as shown! I am very disappointed in this rug. The given size is wrong - it is much smaller! The inscription "WELCOME" is barely visible, the edge continues to curl. I hope it flattens out but this rug is awful and stinks (literally!)
