I'm so happy to have received this! I have shoulder and neck pain and am receiving physical therapy. My physical therapist recommended I buy one so I can continue exercising at home. Before exercising, I use a heating pad to relax my body and then place this ball on my neck and shoulder blades. This thing really matters! I'm impressed and amazed at how this simple shape can make such a difference. The bullet has solid hardness, and the pebble surface prevents slipping. it's like foam on your throat lol! A great tool to have in your arsenal!
