$20 PIECE OF FOAM WITH DIMBOLES.

Looks like a USED RETURN. At a time like this, WHY are you shipping something used that everyone will touch? And something that even looks used? You can see the plastic name that Brand is Torn even advertises there. A piece of Dimpled Foam for $20. It works as described.

It's the perfect travel size and the only thing I would change.

This is my second purchase of this item as I accidentally left one in a hotel room in Belgium. It's the perfect size for travel, and the only thing I'd change is to make it a brighter - maybe neon - color so it's easier to miss when packing in the always dimly lit hotel rooms. Ideal for all types of foam. I especially like it for the thighs and calves.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Useless features

Great tool for pain relief and noh relief.

Great tool to keep in your gym bag. Ideal for relieving tight spaces, especially around the legs and back. The exterior is made of a rubberized material wrapped in a foam-like core. I bought this massage ball in 2015 and it still works great. The blue shell has started to crack with age and constant use, but the quality has remained the same. One observation I've made is that the round ball shape now looks more like an oval, oval ridge. My guess is that the ball has "lengthened" after years of…

I'm so happy to have received this

I'm so happy to have received this! I have shoulder and neck pain and am receiving physical therapy. My physical therapist recommended I buy one so I can continue exercising at home. Before exercising, I use a heating pad to relax my body and then place this ball on my neck and shoulder blades. This thing really matters! I'm impressed and amazed at how this simple shape can make such a difference. The bullet has solid hardness, and the pebble surface prevents slipping. it's like foam on your…

So much relief.: Exercise & Fitness

A little background: I hurt my back in September. Have gone through gymnastics, massages, chiropractor visits, etc. I'm a runner and do stretch and foam rollers, but it wasn't until I saw a post from another runner about using something like this that I started doing some research. The foam roller is too uncomfortable to work on my buttocks and hamstrings and now I'm feeling residual balancing pain due to my back injury. But a ball with a ball... such a relief. I used it every day for buttocks,

It might be worth it.

Short version: Deformation after 4 days of use, poor customer service. Long version: FYI I'm a regular height guy, 5ft 11in, just under 200#, and I don't usually do this to ruin exercise equipment. I have used this ball 6 times and the fourth time it was completely deformed. I was like, 'Hey, things are happening, I'm sure the company will fix this. Not right. When I contacted them they told me they were confident that Revain would take care of the problem, unfortunately this item is…

Absolutely yes! suitable for foam rollers

I train 5 days a week and my muscles hurt all the time. I needed something that would target specific areas of my muscles better than a foam roller. It definitely worked! Most of my house is carpeted, so being able to use it with this type of flooring was a must! It's big enough to get the job done, but small enough to hit the target muscles! A little bump for texture seems to make a difference. I can tense my back muscles just as well as my leg muscles. (Bonus for being able to balance well…

Periformis Syndrome Lifesaver

I have a terrible back. About once or twice a year I suffer from Periforme Syndrome, which usually confines me to bed rest. I used small lacrosse balls to try and ease the pain. They work well, but lacrosse balls are too small and slippery. I've had the Pro-Tec Orb for a week now and absolutely love it. It's phenomenal for working in tight spaces (better than any foam roller). It includes instructions that will guide you through various exercises to relieve most leg and back pain. It is very…
