Review on Pro Tec Athletics Orb Extreme Mini by Garrett Flores

I train 5 days a week and my muscles hurt all the time. I needed something that would target specific areas of my muscles better than a foam roller. It definitely worked! Most of my house is carpeted, so being able to use it with this type of flooring was a must! It's big enough to get the job done, but small enough to hit the target muscles! A little bump for texture seems to make a difference. I can tense my back muscles just as well as my leg muscles. (Bonus for being able to balance well enough to get those glutes!) I highly recommend this product. This will definitely help if you are an active person who wants to get rid of muscle tension!
