These filters appear to be exact replicas of real Bissell filters, but there's something else. My machine was working fine until I started using these filters. more and more water remained on the floor and was not sucked up. I ended up calling Bissell customer service thinking there was something wrong with my car. It turned out that the filter prevented the machine from sucking in water. Once I took out the filter and replaced it with another, everything worked fine. I can only use these filters once maybe twice before my car starts losing suction again. The price was great but unfortunately you get what you pay for. I ordered a replacement from Bissell and started using it and don't you know my car hasn't had a problem since? I am so disappointed.
