I am very disappointed with this product. It was a Christmas present for my daughter. She had wanted a sewing machine for several years. As a single mother of triplets, I couldn't afford that. My daughter is 13 years old and has been an excellent student for 4 years. She is an amazing young woman! This year I tried my best to buy her a sewing machine. So I bought this product. The product does NOT work. It breaks my heart when someone sells something broken to someone. My daughter is heartbroken that it isn't working and my heart is broken that I had to see her disappointed, tearful eyes at Christmas. I will return this item. I will NEVER buy from this seller again. Mark Singer probably won't buy either. I cannot put into words how harrowing this experience was.
