Yes shampoo no conditioner
Wanted to try it because I like the idea of using less plastic and my friend is already using it. The shampoo works great. I have very long, very thick hair and this is still able to lather it up. Also, I can rub anywhere I need more soap and it gets soapy. However, the air conditioning didn't work for me. Because the conditioner doesn't lather, I don't feel like I'm absorbing it into my hair and it goes deeper than the surface and actually feels like it's knotting my hair. So yes shampoo, no conditioner. Smells good too
