These towels are the BOMB. They're small enough to grab, slip into an apron belt, or hang on the oven door. I go 4-5 a week. Once it gets dirty, just toss it in the wash and grab a clean one. It absorbs very well and really, quite simply, makes a great addition to your kitchen. I even gave them to my neighbors for the holidays. Yeah, that probably makes me an odd neighbor, but I bet the towels are hanging on her stove right now.
