I bought two of these to take advantage of the same shipping cost - ended up just over $8 each. They looked fine out of the box, but the first time I used the spring-loaded release button, the quick-release buckle broke into pieces, at least one of which I couldn't find to put back together. So I immediately lost 1 tripod. The second worked the first time until I started straightening the stock legs when two different legs separated between the rubber segments. Luckily I was able to reassemble them, but I'm wary of their durability and stability when used in a furuta. I returned the broken one for a refund but will continue to use a weak but otherwise intact one. But I will not trust any valuable camera just in case it fails at the wrong moment. I will not buy them again, regardless of the cost, nor will I recommend them.
