I have this unit with a longer hose instead of the very short hose that came with the large R134a can. I could NOT connect this long hose line to my AC's charging port and spent half a can trying to get it to work. I switched back to the short hose and it connected on the first try, but the connector is very difficult for me to access, bad back, bad eyes and the like, like an old man. I wanted to bring back this long hose fiasco but decided to save it for future trials with the F-150 and maybe some other applications in which it should work. My rating is only 1 and I do not recommend this build.
