Review on TrackStar Skills Tracker by Hugo Caywood

I love how easy it is to use this software. It helps me keep track of what my employees are doing and where they are at in their training. I wish you could customize your own reports and add more information. This is not something that I have come across yet but maybe it's because I haven't used it enough. I would highly recommend this tool to any business owner or manager looking to keep track of employee skills. I am able to see exactly what needs to be done next with each employee and when they will reach certain milestones.
