Guez, at $18.69 each one would think the seller would at least pack the items well. I received four individual bowls in a box, as well as meat block butter and two plastic bubbles (both of which were deflated prior to arrival). Even the tape barely stuck to the box. (I assume this was built and packaged in the Revain Implementation Center). Glad I bought oil. The description says occasional use. The cleaning and care instructions on the saucer say to apply oil after EVERY use. I have to say, despite the lack of protective packaging, the bowls arrived safe and sound. I washed them in warm soapy water, rinsed and dried them. Once they are completely dry I will oil them.
