Review on ๐Ÿšฃ Versatile Free-standing Indoor/Outdoor Kayak Storage Rack: Insight- Kayak Storage Solution by Tyler Smith

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Hardware and instructions are missing. Edit: (almost) fixed.

When I opened the box, there were no instructions, no nuts and bolts. I can't tell if all the parts are there as there is no parts list. I tried to contact the seller (right now). If I get the missing bits I'll update the review otherwise it all comes back. Shame, looks like it would make a good stand if I could just put it together. Update: I contacted the seller who responded promptly and sent me the missing parts and PDF instructions. Assembly is extremely easy and takes about 20 minutes. The stand feels solid and holds my kayaks well. I would have upgraded it to five stars but the hardware package sent was missing a screw. Luckily it's one of the two, so I can find one at a big store. Also, the parts sent (which I believe to be correct) do not match the parts list in the instructions (two extra screws and two others). It's minor and I believe I have the correct screws, but that plus the initially missing hardware plus the missing part of the quickly shipped hardware package indicates a quality control issue on the part of the supplier. I can recommend this pose if you want to risk getting a little angry.
