waste of money. not cool and doesn't help with allergies

This thing is terrible. It's not cold air. We even put two ice packs in and it was still 80 degrees. Read all instructions. I don't even notice a difference like some of the other allergy reviews. another reason I got this. Worst $300 I've ever spent. Don't waste money!
