Great for understanding customer satisfaction and ways we can further enhance services

I like how easy it is to see trends of my business, as well as what people think about me or my service/product! It has helped us understand our customers better than ever before in order make sure they have an enjoyable experience with all aspects of their visit including pricing & billing options available from start-to-finish! The only thing i dislike would be if there was something more customizable within this tool (like adding additional fields) but overall its been great so far!! We use KAI analytics because it helps give insight into whats working best at each location - allowing us to improve processes accordingly without having to go back over old data points after every changeover / new hire etc..

Pros
  • Easy access for staff members who work out front daily when managing guests' check ins; also allows them quick view through kiosk display screen where guest can input information themselves quickly instead requiring assistance during peak hours.
  • Also provides valuable feedback that we've received by utilizing customer satisfaction surveys throughout year
Cons
  • Good but not great
