Great for understanding customer satisfaction and ways we can further enhance services

I like how easy it is to see trends of my business, as well as what people think about me or my service/product! It has helped us understand our customers better than ever before in order make sure they have an enjoyable experience with all aspects of their visit including pricing & billing options available from start-to-finish! The only thing i dislike would be if there was something more customizable within this tool (like adding additional fields) but overall its been great so far!! We use…

Easy-to Use Social Media Analytics Tool

I like how easy it is to use, the interface is very intuitive and the dashboard is useful for monitoring my business. The application could be more robust. It would be nice if I could create multiple tabs within the Dashboard. There are some features that need work before they become production ready. Kai Analytics is an easy-to-use social media monitoring tool

A powerful feature is automatic keyword recognition, which helps us identify trends within our social media data without manual intervention or coding needed. The ability of automated reporting has helped improve efficiency & transparency in how decisions get made around KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
