A powerful feature is automatic keyword recognition, which helps us identify trends within our social media data without manual intervention or coding needed. The ability of automated reporting has helped improve efficiency & transparency in how decisions get made around KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). There have been many occasions where I am unsure what would be expected by me due to lack visibility into this functionality! We haven't found much benefit from it at yet but may find when more complex queries come up as well!! Reporting features/data sets and automated alerts could use development though - maybe add-ons? Automated reports/alerts should include an option so users only choose certain types they need rather than trying everything all day long. As with any tool there will always exist benefits if some one uses tools beyond their capabilities! This allows teams across multiple agencies access in real time via cloud hosted software reducing risk / reliance upon IT support services. Additionally its cost efficient too > The best thing about Kai analytics is that it is easy to use and has a lot of useful features. It is also very user friendly and gives great results. I have not come across anything I dislike yet. It does what it says it will do and nothing more. We use Kai analytics to get data from our customers, so we know exactly how they feel about our products.
