It doesn't work in my configuration

Well made with quality parts, the problem is it doesn't work with my hardware. One of the computers connected with no problems. However, the other computer's DP output could not be seen by KVM. Updated firmware, changed cables, changed ports, tried a different monitor, flipped switches, but none of the workarounds worked. Ultimately, the device did not work properly. Build quality is first class. GeForce 2080 Super card output via DP on BenQ EL 2870U (as well as Asus VG27A1A)
