The valve works great. It is very easy to operate with the water pressure on or off, unlike our previous push or pull valve which was very difficult to operate with the water on. Use the washers provided with the valve. I bought some new standard shower washers from Lowe's, Danco I believe because previous reviews have complained about leaks from the original washers. Well, the company must have repaired the washing machines that were sent. They are slightly larger in diameter than store bought ones which went further down the pipe rather than staying in place. Sent by seller work correctly.
