Came broken. The right click arrow didn't work. The keys were also moderately lower than the original I had. At first I was very disappointed. However, I wanted to return it, which I almost never do, and was offered a non-refundable refund. I have some health issues that make returning things more important to me than most people. I don't normally do this, but I didn't see much value in a TV controller that had both a big problem and some small frustrations. In short, I order a lot online and almost never return items. It actually means a lot to me that they get enough data to know that I'm being honest about the issue and not just returning things for small things. So without forcing me to send it back (let's be honest, a plastic box with old cheap electronics that cost more to send and repair than the price). I'll try to order another controller but if I can't find a compatible one I'll try this one again. A non-refundable return is simpler than a replacement option. I really wish they had an easy replacement option. Where do they send a pre-marked box with a replacement. If they had it that I just had to stick the old controller in my mailbox, I'd choose that option instead and hope the next one works. It's easier than searching online again for a new one. In any case, this review is mainly about the non-refundable order option. This is also based on everything except the broken parts. If it worked everything would be fine except the buttons were lower. I'm assuming a right click will result in a break, so the rest of the click circle isn't great.
