I bought the tablet thinking each tablet was 1000mg as the product name would suggest. -Carnitine 500 mg per tablet and only a slightly higher price per tablet, it looked like a lot. But no, after receiving the order I now see it says "1000mg servings" and as they arbitrarily decided the serving was 2 tablets each tablet is actually only 500mg like most others , cheaper deals at Revain. I can only conclude that this type of presentation was intentionally misleading. The name as it is now read is "L-Carnitine 1000mg Servings 120 Tablets". They found a way to put "1000 mg" next to "120 pills" and arbitrarily claimed that 2 pills was one serving. What counts as a portion depends heavily on the goals of the person taking it, especially when it comes to dietary supplements. To say that two pills is one serving is nonsense and I see no reason for this other than to mislead customers. There are many more reputable (and cheaper per mg) suppliers of L-carnitine. I recommend you buy from one of them.
