I felt a wonderful difference.

On sweaty days out in the yard I've had to forgo sugary electrolyte drinks. Compared to days when I just drink plain water (lots of water!), my experience of adding a few of these pre-launch capsules has resulted in much more comfort and endurance. I don't feel exhausted at the end of a hot day. I was really surprised how much better I felt. These are NOT the old school salt pills we were taking in the 80's! Lots of vitamin B6, balanced minerals and no sugar. I am very glad I took the time to research the ingredients and decided to purchase Key Nutrients Electrolyte Recovery Plus. I will buy again.
