I have this and an automotive branded relay that powers a motorcycle's Auxiliary Fuse Box. This extra fuse box powers things like a heated outlet, cigarette/USB sockets, fog lights, and a Datel voltmeter. Working with little things like GPS and a cell phone the voltage dropped and I started to think I had some problems with the stator. .As soon as I got home I took the opportunity and started testing in different places. 14.5 V in the test, good good. Then 13.2 volts at the fuse box? So I hooked my wife and I up to 90 watt heating pads and set them to max. The battery showed something like 13.5v which is good. The voltmeter reads 10 volts, which is not very good. After letting it run for a few minutes, I grabbed my seat belt and it was HOT! Actually REALLY hot. So I removed that wire harness and connected all my wires directly to the relay. Turn bike/heater back on and everything reads 13.5 volts, everything works fine now and there's no chance of the rolling gas tank igniting between my legs.
