There are people who never leave a bottle of wine unfinished. We don't belong. We like to drink good wine and leave the rest for another day. We've tried different cappers and they all work to some extent. But bottles come in different hole sizes, and not all work equally well. So far the best way has been to turn the cork upside down and reinsert it. A corkscrew is usually required for the second opening and it only works once. We hesitate to open a really good wine when we can hardly finish it. This bottle cap looks like a good solution. It is square on the outside, but on the inside is a graduated cylinder. So it fits in every bottle size. You just stick it in an open bottle and it seems to close very tightly. It's easy to open: just twist it. The square size makes it easy to grip. Rubber material means the cork is soft. I wonder how long this will take. But so far so good!
