Review on Fiskars SureCut Portable Trimmer Recycled by Sasha Hsiao

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Best for the price, thin for practicality

Material Quality: Very thin it's not even solid plastic but the bottom is hollowed out. I used some Thermocol to give it weight and make it more durable. The material is somehow attacked by the slightest oil on the fingers and it becomes oily and stained. You might want to keep this in mind. 2/5Price: The cheapest paper cutter you will find. So I can't wish for anything better. 5/5 Practicality: Of course, the only basis for judging a paper cutter is how well it cuts. The cutting blade is fine. In most cases it cuts without rough edges, but sometimes it gets stuck on a piece of paper or standard paper and produces jagged, fuzzy edges. The holding mechanism doesn't always hold the paper well, and you have to account for both the paper and the trimmer. It can accurately cut 1 paper at a time. A little more and you're just asking for trouble. Even though it is advertised with more than 5 sheets at a time and it is technically possible to cut 3-5 sheets at a time, I would not recommend it. 3/5DEFINTIELY is not intended for intensive trimmer use. More like a makeshift trimmer that you can sue for a few specific projects before abandoning it. and you only ask for trouble. Even though it is advertised with more than 5 sheets at a time and it is technically possible to cut 3-5 sheets at a time, I would not recommend it. 3/5DEFINTIELY is not intended for heavy trimmer use.
