Okay, first off I assume I'm an experienced car electrician. I have installed many aftermarket products on various vehicles. I thought these lights were pretty straight forward. I always test these products first, so I connected the black ground wire to ground and the red wire (Acc+) to 12V DC. They glowed perfectly. Amazing, I thought anyway. So I installed the headlights, grounded the wires, and then connected the red "acc" wires on the driver and passenger sides to the "switch" fuses on the daytime running lights so those bulbs would light up when the DRLs turned on were. Turned on and they start flickering. what the hell? So I reconnected the red wire to 12V DC to double check and yes they work fine. Reinstall the red wire to the switchable auxiliary fuse, turn the key on and again, they will flash on and off. Cheap garbage - that's what they are. Don't waste time installing them.
