Works fine, but here's a tip for connecting to Wi-Fi

I had a lot of trouble with the initial Wi-Fi setup, I was ready to throw it out the window. And I'm quite tech savvy and have many smart devices installed in my house. Tried for an hour, failed every time. I called tech support, searched for 30 minutes to no avail. Then I realized I forgot the VPN was on on my phone. Spirit. Turned VPN off, went through Wi-Fi setup and bingo. it worked. The support team has to point out that the app seems to be pretty good. You can do most of the important stuff like humidity, on/off, set a schedule (which I don't use), set continuous or max mode. I don't use a bucket, it runs into the cesspool in my basement. It's a bit noisy, but still a little quieter than my 20 year old unit. It turns off when the set humidity level is reached. The humidity sensor is off and reading about 7-10% more than the actual humidity (measured by my calibrated hygrometer), but this is normal. Most of these devices are not very accurate. They quickly remove the moisture in my basement, reducing it from 60% to 40% in a few hours, and this room is about 600 square feet. ft. I have a lot of expensive electronics in my basement so this is great. And I install a security camera on my hygrometer so I can check the true level on my hygrometer at any time. It's only been a few days, but so far so good. If I have problems later I will always update my review.
