This is the first time I have ordered litter mats. My previous cat was a much neater cat so that wasn't a problem. I now have two kittens who are 8 months old and always carry litter from the litter box on their paws. My bathroom is small so I have a smaller box between the toilet and the wall and another one in front of the toilet. I originally bought a larger rug that just didn't cover the area the way I wanted. I can arrange these two rugs however I want and they go very well together. As far as catching rubbish, they do a good job. Not 100%, but significantly less tracking and much easier to clean up. I will definitely keep these rugs.
