4 stars because they come without screws and the holes in the hooks are not chamfered to allow the screws to lay flat. We have a kitchen table that keeps falling leaves. There were no clips, but the "aligners" had enough friction to hold them in place and they were no longer doing their job. They were easy to install and I really like the adjustability. This will make it easier to maintain correct pressure on the clamps. It would be nice if screws were included (fortunately I'm a pack rat so I had enough) and the hook holes should be chamfered so the screws lay flat. . The clip tends to snag on the screw heads, so it's not easy to loosen them. Overall, this is a great way to keep the sashes together. Definitely better than the ones that twist and always loosen up over time.
