The customer service is great! I have been working in this industry for over 10 years, but there are some things that can be improved upon as far as technology goes - especially when it comes time after hours or weekends/holidays etc.. There's nothing really bad about using king smarts at all; they're very helpful staff who will go above an beyond just trying their best every day of work week!! It helps us keep track if people check out early from our properties so we know where exactly those rooms went next (which allows me more flexibility).
