I bought this to use in bed without having to move to charge other electronics. The product corresponds to the declared. 1) Any of the USB charging ports provided on the product works well. 2) I am using a 15.6" laptop, so there is a small bar above the mouse pad area (image attached). However, this did not cause me any complaints. The base of the laptop has multiple angles, so it's a cool touch. I write a lot of email every day, so this tilt makes typing on the keyboard a little less tiring for me. 3) The lamp (picture attached) is functional and can be switched off with the switch on the back. 4) The centrally located fan, although not very suitable for my laptop that has vents on the back, does a good job. to keep things cool. More importantly, it's not noisy. 5) With careful use, the bottom of the legs will not rip into the sheets. Also, the legs can be moved left or right to improve balance on soft surfaces.
