I love this product! I literally struggled with knee pain for several years. In the end I couldn't take it and ordered it. I originally bought a size 4XL based on their size chart. They didn't seem to give me the support I was hoping for so I ordered a 3XL. Received it today and am very satisfied. I have the support I'm looking for. I will buy another. I tried another brand and sleeve type which I was completely dissatisfied with. As soon as I tried on another brand they rolled down my legs, sent them back and wanted to reorder from Novrliy! My only advice to anyone considering purchasing this knee brace is that you may want to try one size smaller than the size chart.
